Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Age 25 years and above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or IT Technician.
• NVQ Level 4 in Computer Hardware.
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid riding licence.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
• Experience in removing, refitting and servicing:
  • Desktop computers
  • Laptops
  • Scanners
  • Printers
  • Other related IT products

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in IT equipment.
• Remove, refit, repair and service desktop computers, laptops, scanners and related IT products.
• Configure and install CCTV systems, including HIK Vision cameras, NVR and HIK Central software.
• Configure and maintain Wi-Fi connections.
• Troubleshoot virus and security-related issues.
• Configure, install and troubleshoot NAS storage systems, particularly Synology.
• Provide field-based technical support to corporate clients.
• Carry out installation, maintenance and servicing of IT hardware and related systems.
• Diagnose technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.
