• Professional or partial qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or AAT is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks will be a distinct added advantage.

• Strong data analysis and report-generation skills.
• Good understanding of cost control and financial monitoring within catering or hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and control food, beverage and labour costs across catering operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts.
• Reconcile inventory variance reports.
• Track daily requirements, purchasing activities and material wastage to optimize profit margins.
• Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams to manage standard recipe costs and menu pricing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for management review.
• Ensure cost-control measures are implemented and maintained across operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets.
• Identify opportunities to minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency.
