Qualifications & Experience

Applicants for the Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Executive positions should meet the following requirements:

• Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Business Management will be an advantage.
• Professional qualification in SLIM or CIM will be preferred.
• For the Area Sales Executive position, more than 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive is required.
• Candidates should be target-oriented and able to think outside the box.
• Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
• Basic IT skills are essential, including:

  • Sales Force Automation Systems (SFA)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work in any part of the country.
• Age: 25–40 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the company’s customer base while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and work towards minimizing customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Identify and communicate new market opportunities to management.
• Prepare sales-related reports.
• Carry out visual merchandising activities for the Diana brand.
• Support sales growth and market expansion activities.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and business targets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective sales and distribution operations.
