Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A Degree from a recognized university with a Postgraduate Qualification or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field; or
• Full professional qualification in Banking.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking at Senior Management level.
• Strong competencies in:

• Lead and manage functions related to credit, special projects and policy implementation.
• Apply strong knowledge of development banking and development credit practices.
• Oversee credit evaluation and approval processes.
• Support effective credit risk management.
• Contribute to recovery initiatives and improved banking performance.
• Support deposit growth and business promotion activities.
• Strengthen branch operations to achieve the objectives of the Bank.
• Provide effective leadership and people management at corporate management level.
• Support the implementation of banking policies and special projects.
