Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
• Completion of an Insurance Foundation examination will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Group Life insurance operations will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with knowledge of insurance underwriting and endorsement processes will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day endorsement activities and achieve overall benchmarks for assigned tasks.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of all endorsement-related requests of the Group Life Department.
• Process and manage endorsements issued by the Group Division efficiently.
• Coordinate with Medilink and internal sales staff to facilitate endorsement-related activities.
• Maintain endorsement job registers and provide daily summaries to management.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal insurance operational procedures.
