Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
• Previous experience in gold loan, pawning, or related financial services industry will be a definite advantage
• Experience in customer handling, loan processing, or financial product sales will be preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong understanding of loan operations and customer service practices

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance by achieving key targets and KPIs in gold loan operations
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the gold loan customer base
• Manage customer relationships and provide quality service
• Support gold loan processing and operational activities
• Monitor loan recovery processes and minimize non-performing loans (NPLs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company policies
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
