Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC is seeking a dedicated and target-oriented individual to join its team as a Recovery Officer in Vavuniya. This role focuses on managing recovery activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Position Details

The Recovery Officer will be responsible for handling customer recovery activities, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the company’s financial operations by ensuring effective recovery of outstanding dues.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capability to work in a field-based recovery environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent
• Experience in collections, recoveries, finance, banking, or related fields will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of customer handling and recovery procedures
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
• Valid driving licence and field experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recovery activities and follow up on overdue accounts
• Visit customers and communicate regarding outstanding payments
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with customers
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities
• Monitor recovery progress and provide timely updates
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support branch recovery targets and financial objectives
