Position Details

SITREK Security Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations in the Colombo area.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities, initiative and dynamism, together with relevant professional qualifications and experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification in Management or Business Administration.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and demonstrate dynamism.
• Experience in a similar managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience as a Commissioned Officer or Gazette Officer of the Armed Services or Police will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be between 30 and 50 years of age.
• Candidates should be residing within the area of operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regional security operations in the Colombo area.
• Provide effective leadership and direction to operational teams.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate regional activities and ensure smooth operational performance.
• Monitor client requirements and support effective service delivery.
• Conduct operational assessments and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure security operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Support the implementation of operational and management strategies within the assigned region.
