Qualifications & Experience

• Practical experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
• Ability to write articles, blogs, property descriptions, advertisements, and platform-specific social media content.
• Good visual judgement and practical skills in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and digital advertising.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain organised files.
• Responsible use of AI tools, including fact-checking and editing AI-assisted content.
• A portfolio containing relevant writing, graphic design, video, or digital campaign work.
• Real estate experience will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
• Sinhala or Tamil content-writing ability will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and edit property photographs, including cropping, correction, resizing, watermarking, and template application.
• Write accurate property descriptions, advertisements, social media captions, company articles, and blog content.
• Research and develop commercial real estate articles, educational content, and market-focused blog posts.
• Create branded graphic content, including social media posts, carousels, Stories, advertisements, and promotional designs.
• Create and edit video content, including property Reels, TikTok videos, walkthroughs, and promotional clips.
• Adapt written, graphic, and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare and publish property listings on LankaPropertyWeb, ikman.lk, the company website, property portals, and other approved platforms.
• Maintain the content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Coordinate with property agents and the CRM team to verify property information before publication.
• Monitor messages and property enquiries and direct qualified enquiries to the relevant agent.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor reach, engagement, clicks, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and other relevant performance indicators.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research, drafting, editing, SEO, and content adaptation.
