Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical hospitality skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in food and beverage operations is an advantage but is not stated as mandatory.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Assist in serving food and beverages while ensuring established service standards are maintained.
• Prepare mise en place and maintain cleanliness of food and beverage service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle basic guest enquiries and provide appropriate service assistance.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, buffets, and event spaces.
• Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering efficient and professional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned service areas.
