Qualifications & Experience

• Educational qualifications in Administration, Counselling, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Candidates should be below 30 years of age at the time of application.
• Previous experience handling social media platforms will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with spoken skills in all three languages will have an added advantage.
• Energetic, young, and pleasant personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and prospective students.
• Ability to commit sufficient time to the assignment and remain free from other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support prospective students by understanding their educational requirements and providing appropriate guidance.
• Communicate with students and prospective students regarding available educational programmes and opportunities.
• Assist with student counselling and related administrative activities.
• Support the organisation’s student recruitment and enrolment activities.
• Communicate with students through social media platforms.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with students.
• Handle relevant enquiries and provide appropriate information to prospective students.
• Work from home after office hours when required.
• Contribute to the achievement of assigned targets and organisational objectives.
