SITREK Security Solutions is seeking a high-calibre Customer Servicing Manager for its Wattala operational area.

Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Experience in supervising and administering security officers.
• Experience in managing security operations.
• G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.
• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
• Strong personality and initiative.
• Good public relations skills.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Supervisory experience in the Armed Forces or Police Service will be an advantage.
• Candidates should reside within the area of operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer security officers within the assigned operational area.
• Monitor security operations and ensure security officers perform their assigned duties effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections and operational checks.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and security personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor the performance, conduct and presentation of security officers.
• Ensure assigned security duties and responsibilities are carried out according to required standards.
• Support operational improvements and maintain service quality.
• Prepare and provide relevant operational feedback and reports when required.
