Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or ICASL, or currently pursuing such qualifications.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in a trading or motor spare parts company will be an advantage.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates below 35 years of age are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and company regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support the audit process.
• Monitor expenses and control costs.
• Assist with inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
