Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates or undergraduates with pending final results may be considered.
• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong customer-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle difficult, unexpected, and complex operational situations.
• Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendars.
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Sri Lanka Time.
• Ability to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and assigned processes within the Operations team.
• Handle data management processes accurately and efficiently.
• Support transaction and trade-related processing activities.
• Prepare and maintain client-related reports.
• Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of operational issues.
• Work across different client accounts while meeting required operational standards.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while completing assigned tasks.
