Position Details

SITREK Security Solutions is seeking a high-calibre Customer Servicing Manager to oversee customer servicing and security operations in the Tangalle / Sooriyawewa area.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and experience in supervising and administering security officers and security operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Strong leadership qualities and proven experience in supervising and administering security officers.
• Experience in managing security operations.
• G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.
• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
• Supervisory experience in the Armed Forces or Police Service will be an advantage.
• Possess a valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Strong personality with initiative and a responsible approach to work.
• Candidates should reside within the relevant area of operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer security officers within the assigned area.
• Monitor security operations and ensure assigned duties and responsibilities are properly carried out.
• Maintain effective customer servicing standards.
• Coordinate with security officers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct operational supervision and follow up on security-related requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and operational stakeholders.
• Support the effective delivery of security services across assigned locations.
