Lankem Ceylon PLC is seeking a well-experienced individual for the position of Production Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer manufacturing plant at Oyamaduwa, Anuradhapura.

Position Details

The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day factory production operations and ensuring smooth production outputs at the SSP fertilizer manufacturing plant.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Management from a recognized university.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP will be a definite advantage.
• Must be willing to reside close to the plant site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production operations.
• Handle inventory control.
• Manage labour requirements.
• Ensure order fulfilment.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and industry regulations.
• Oversee smooth production outputs at the manufacturing plant.
