Position Details

The Production Executive will support and coordinate production operations to achieve key production KPIs. The role involves analysing job orders, preparing production task schedules, leading production staff and ensuring efficient operational workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Degree and/or Diploma in Production, Industrial Management, Clothing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of garment technology and stitching processes.
• Understanding of raw material (RM) consumption and customer quality expectations.
• Familiarity with production planning, forecasting and operational workflows.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive efficiency enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse job orders and develop production task schedules to achieve key production KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and support production staff to deliver high performance and effective problem-solving on the production floor.
• Attend management meetings and prepare reports.
• Participate in management meetings and prepare accurate and timely production reports.
• Carry out additional responsibilities relevant to the role as assigned by management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements.
• Contribute to effective production planning and operational workflows.
• Monitor raw material consumption and customer quality expectations.
