Position Details

The HR Officer will be responsible for facilitating and monitoring knowledge acquisition programmes while reporting on the effectiveness of training initiatives and interventions.

The role focuses on supporting long-term skills development objectives of the company and ensuring effective training coordination and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce, Mathematics or Science streams.
• Diploma-level qualification in Training & Development (T&D) from a recognized institution.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Age below 30 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor knowledge acquisition programmes.
• Analyse the effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations.
• Work with management to align training initiatives with company goals.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication regarding training activities.
• Support employee development and training interventions.
• Prepare reports related to training activities and outcomes.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse training effectiveness.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
