Job Overview

Mc Currie is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Supervisor to oversee showroom operations, lead showroom teams, and drive sales performance across multiple showroom locations. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in retail or showroom management and a passion for customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets across all showrooms through effective planning and execution of promotions and sales initiatives.
• Lead and oversee showroom operations efficiently and effectively.
• Train, guide, motivate, and supervise showroom staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards across all showroom locations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar showroom supervisory or retail management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple showroom locations.
• Willingness to travel and work across different cities within Sri Lanka.
• Strong team coordination and people management skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
