Job Overview

Harangala Constructions is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity measurements, budget management, subcontractor valuations, and project cost control to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
• Measure quantities and evaluate project costs.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial management activities.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Estimation
  • Costing
  • Contract Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office and Quantity Surveying (QS) software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
