Job Overview

Samson Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated Production Officer to join its footwear manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills who are interested in building a career in production and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve production targets.
• Monitor workflow and maintain productivity within the production line.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production planning and process improvements.
• Coach and guide production staff to improve performance.
• Maintain workplace safety and operational efficiency.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Age below 30 years.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or a similar production environment will be an added advantage.
• Salary is negotiable.
• Male candidates are preferred.
