Job Overview

Samson Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd, a leading footwear manufacturing company under the DSI Samson Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its production team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to effectively supervise daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets.
• Monitor workflow and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Coach and develop production employees to improve performance.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Perform additional production-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
• Age below 40 years.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or a similar production environment will be an added advantage.
• Salary is negotiable.
