Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow within the manufacturing facility.
• Lead and coordinate production staff to achieve operational targets and deadlines.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and quality standards within the production environment.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and management regarding production activities.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L).
• Degree qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.
• Male candidates only.
• Applicants should be below 40 years of age.
