Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma-level professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Office Administration.
• Previous experience in cashiering will be a distinct advantage.
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation related to assigned responsibilities.
• Experience in preparing analytical reports for MIS functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day workshop cashiering activities and ensure accurate cash collections.
• Perform daily banking of cash and cheques.
• Process petty cash payments, bills, and reimbursements.
• Maintain the cash register and ensure accurate system entries.
• Process IOUs and enter payment vouchers into the ERP system.
• Conduct perpetual counts of spare parts inventory and workshop tools.
• Assist in office administration and day-to-day administrative activities.
• Prepare analytical reports required for MIS functions.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to finance and administration.
