Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics operations will be an added advantage.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage distribution fleet planning, temperature-controlled transportation, and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate daily truck and manpower allocation.
• Optimize truck utilization and route planning for both dry and frozen deliveries.
• Manage staff attendance, target updates, and allowance records on time.
• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
• Handle trade return collections in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with transport service providers and arrange vehicle bookings.
• Ensure timely distribution track-and-trace updates.
• Share accurate logistics data with relevant stakeholders on time.
• Support continuous improvements in transportation and logistics operations.
