Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in operations within the banking or non-bank financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience in payment processing, file verification, documentation review, and operational workflows.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely completion of daily operational activities, including file checking, payment voucher authorization, facility activations, SME file processing, and other assigned operational duties.
• Maintain high levels of reliability and operational efficiency while managing daily workloads.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of security files, approvals, and system updates in accordance with delegated authorities and company procedures.
• Review operational documentation and proactively identify risks related to approval discrepancies, documentation errors, and financial inaccuracies.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, service quality, and operational accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, delegated authority limits, and audit standards.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and operational support to team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with Business Units and stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are completed accurately within agreed timelines.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.
