• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on missing information when required.
• Store and manage customer information in accordance with company policies.
• Generate reports required by management and share them with relevant stakeholders.
• Scan and upload documents into company systems within required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company data privacy policies and applicable regulations.
