Job Summary
The Senior Creative Interventions Campaigner will lead the design and execution of creative campaign strategies that combine storytelling, visual communication, public engagement, and artistic interventions. The role involves collaborating with regional campaign teams, managing campaign logistics, developing partnerships with creative communities, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative environmental campaigns throughout South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Campaign Development
- Design and implement innovative creative interventions for environmental campaigns.
- Integrate creative communications into campaign strategies.
- Develop storytelling approaches that strengthen public engagement.
- Deliver high-impact creative campaign activities.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead operational planning for campaign initiatives.
- Coordinate field operations and campaign logistics.
- Support campaign tours, installations, performances, and public events.
- Ensure smooth execution of creative activities.
Partnership & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with artists, designers, creative agencies, activists, and volunteers.
- Develop partnerships across the creative sector.
- Expand campaign reach through community collaboration.
- Strengthen supporter engagement across South Asia.
Creative Leadership
- Facilitate creative workshops and innovation sessions.
- Encourage experimentation with new communication methods and creative tools.
- Mentor campaign teams in creative approaches.
- Support organizational creative capacity development.
Operations & Coordination
- Manage campaign planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure effective risk management and logistical coordination.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between regional teams.
- Contribute to organizational planning and operational improvements.
Public Representation
- Represent Greenpeace South Asia at public events.
- Promote campaign objectives through media and public engagement.
- Support strategic communication initiatives.
- Build awareness around environmental campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign work, particularly climate or environmental campaigns.
- Proven experience in creative campaigning and public engagement.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and implementation.
- Expertise in at least two creative or technical disciplines, such as:
- Communication
- Graphic Design
- Photography
- Videography
- Technology
- Experience managing logistics, partnerships, and large-scale events.
- Understanding of health, safety, and legal considerations for public campaigns.
- Established professional networks within the creative community will be an advantage.
