🎯 Key Responsibilities (Your Tasks)

• Design:
  • Injection molds
  • Stamping tools
  • Fixtures and improvements
• Prepare:
  • Technical drawings
  • Bills of materials (BOM)
  • Specifications and instructions
• Optimize existing production tools
• Create tool data sheets
• Maintain documentation for operating resources
• Participate in:
  • DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
  • Feasibility studies
• Develop layouts/drafts for customer proposals

🧠 Requirements (Your Profile)

• Strong knowledge in:
  • Injection mold design
  • Progressive dies
• Experience with:
  • Injection molding processes
  • Tooling systems
• Proficiency in:
  • 3D CAD software (Siemens NX preferred)
  • Database systems (Teamcenter preferred)
• Good knowledge of:
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Skills:
  • Analytical thinking 🧠
