Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• AAT qualified or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction site environment.
• Male candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain petty cash and site-related financial records.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and reimbursement claims.
• Record daily financial transactions and assist with account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the Head Office regarding payments.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and staff-related accounting matters.
• Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
