Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Recovery or Collections field.
• Passed or appeared for the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in any stream.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Previous experience in customer handling or collections will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Recover overdue payments through field visits and customer follow-ups.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Update collection records and prepare recovery reports accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve recovery-related matters.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while achieving collection targets.
