Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• HNDE, NDES, NCT, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in road construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of road construction methods, standards, and specifications.
• Ability to supervise construction teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily road construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure work zones, traffic management systems, and public safety measures comply with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining site documentation and project records.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to company safety procedures.
