Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Good computer literacy.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Applicants should be below 35 years of age.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and support timely completion of manufacturing targets.
• Maintain production records and reports accurately.
• Coordinate with production teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and production materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Support supervisors with production planning and coordination tasks.
