Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and support of the Bank’s IT infrastructure and network systems.
• Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and manage servers, databases, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Perform routine system backups and restoration while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, including user access controls, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Participate in implementing and testing new IT solutions and software updates.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the integration of emerging technologies into the Bank’s IT infrastructure.
• Train and assist Bank employees on IT systems, software applications, and security practices.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and IT audits.
• Provide first-line support for online banking services and applications.
• Maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.

Salary & Benefits

National Savings Bank offers an attractive remuneration package together with an extensive range of employee benefits.

Salary Scale:

• Rs. 81,115 – Rs. 99,715 (930 × 20)

Approximate Initial Monthly Gross Salary:

• Rs. 182,000
