Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• MBBS qualification recognized by the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).
• Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).
• Postgraduate qualification or specialized training in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or a related field will be a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Cosmetic, Aesthetic, or Dermatology setting.
• Proven ability to manage clinical operations and lead multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Cosmetic Centre.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and professional guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
