Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of Industrial Engineering experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in leading industrial engineering teams and manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and efficiency improvement.
• Previous experience in apparel manufacturing will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering function to improve production efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize manpower utilization, workflow, and production layouts.
• Monitor production performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
• Develop and implement industrial engineering best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Prepare reports, analyze production data, and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.
