Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
• Master’s Degree or PhD is required for teaching Bachelor’s and Master’s level programmes.
• Previous lecturing or teaching experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures for assigned modules in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor students throughout their academic studies.
• Evaluate assignments, presentations, and examinations in accordance with academic standards.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
• Support the campus in maintaining high-quality teaching standards.
• Collaborate with academic staff to enhance programme delivery.
