Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising building construction projects.
• Coordinate project execution to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management.
