Qualifications & Experience

• AAT Passed Finalist, Higher National Diploma (HND), Part Qualification in CIMA or CA Sri Lanka (CASL), or any other equivalent and recognized accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a commercial establishment or an audit firm.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and business practices.
• Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the construction industry in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work at project sites located across Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare accounting entries, journals, and financial reports.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately.
• Maintain proper financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with ERP system transactions and financial data management.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding financial documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
