Position: Internship – Leading to Permanent Employment
The internship programme provides hands-on exposure to banking operations, professional mentorship, and opportunities to develop practical skills while working alongside experienced banking professionals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Below 23 years of age.
- Minimum of 05 Credit Passes at G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel O/L, or Cambridge O/L, including English and Mathematics.
- Minimum of 03 Passes at G.C.E. A/L, Edexcel A/L, or Cambridge A/L (excluding General English).
- Part qualification in IBSL, AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for banking and willingness to learn.
- Competency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience across various banking operations.
- Work closely with experienced banking professionals throughout the internship.
- Assist with daily operational and administrative banking activities.
- Develop professional and technical banking skills.
- Build strong professional relationships within the banking industry.
- Support assigned projects and departmental functions.
- Perform assigned duties while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
