Position: Internship – Leading to Permanent Employment

The internship programme provides hands-on exposure to banking operations, professional mentorship, and opportunities to develop practical skills while working alongside experienced banking professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Below 23 years of age.
• Minimum of 05 Credit Passes at G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel O/L, or Cambridge O/L, including English and Mathematics.
• Minimum of 03 Passes at G.C.E. A/L, Edexcel A/L, or Cambridge A/L (excluding General English).
• Part qualification in IBSL, AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for banking and willingness to learn.
• Competency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across various banking operations.
• Work closely with experienced banking professionals throughout the internship.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative banking activities.
• Develop professional and technical banking skills.
• Build strong professional relationships within the banking industry.
• Support assigned projects and departmental functions.
