Position Details
Position: Executive – Digital International Sales & Growth
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing international sales strategies, analyzing global customer segments, improving digital marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to expand Kapruka’s international e-commerce business.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce sales, growth marketing, or international sales.
- Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition and online sales funnels.
- Experience analyzing digital marketing performance and sales data.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to increase international sales revenue.
- Analyze customer segments and identify global growth opportunities.
- Understand overseas customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
- Conduct research on international markets and competitor activities.
- Recommend improvements to marketing campaigns, promotions, products, and customer targeting.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and sales data.
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on international sales performance and growth opportunities.
- Support business expansion initiatives through data-driven strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of international customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
