Position Details

The Sales Executive (Auto Refinish) will be responsible for increasing sales, identifying new business opportunities, managing B2B customer relationships, and promoting the company’s Auto Refinish product range. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Previous experience in handling Business-to-Business (B2B) sales will be an added advantage.
• Friendly and pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-confident and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase sales of the company’s Auto Refinish products while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in line with organizational standards.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio to existing and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports and support business development initiatives.
