Position Details

The Executive | Senior Executive (Leasing) will be responsible for achieving leasing sales targets, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, maintaining portfolio quality, and supporting branch business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales capabilities, sound financial knowledge, and excellent relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed finance company or bank.
• Part qualification in SLIM will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of financial products, credit evaluation, and market trends.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving business targets.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain professional business relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driving or riding licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets for vehicle leasing products.
• Generate new business opportunities through the existing client base and direct marketing activities.
• Maintain the desired collection ratio for the assigned lease portfolio.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer and business relationships.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and other related departments.
• Promote leasing products to potential customers and expand the customer portfolio.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Support branch growth by achieving individual and team business objectives.
