Position Details

The Assistant Manager (Leasing Marketing) will oversee branch business operations, implement leasing and lending strategies, drive portfolio growth, develop business partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business development, marketing, and financial services expertise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of fintech-based lending, financial products, credit evaluation, business development, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets with minimum supervision.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage branch-level business operations to achieve growth, profitability, brand visibility, and operational excellence.
• Plan, implement, and monitor leasing and lending strategies to achieve approved KPIs and portfolio growth targets.
• Drive business growth through structured marketing initiatives and field-based business development activities.
• Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic business partnerships and sales channels.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Monitor credit risk parameters and implement proactive measures to minimize potential risks.
• Strengthen customer service standards, operational processes, and service quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Executive and Senior Executive staff.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
