Position Details

The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural visualizations, 3D models, lighting setups, textures, and realistic renderings for residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in industry-standard design software and have a creative eye for architectural presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
• Age below 30 years.
• Good knowledge of D5 Render, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply as per the employer’s stated preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic 3D architectural models for residential projects.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations.
• Develop lighting, materials, textures, and environmental settings for architectural scenes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Modify and improve 3D designs based on project requirements and client feedback.
