Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15–20 years of senior-level experience in club management or a similar leadership position.
• Proven experience in revenue generation, business development, and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, sports administration, and club management.
• Experience managing large teams and outsourced service providers.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall daily operations of the Club.
• Manage cricket grounds, indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, food and beverage operations, events, and member services.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue through memberships, events, sponsorships, food and beverage services, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all facilities are maintained to international standards.
• Supervise capital improvement projects, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage outsourced service providers including maintenance, catering, cleaning, landscaping, and other operational services.
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, sports organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, licensing, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties necessary to maintain the Club’s standards, profitability, and operational excellence.
