Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or finance sector.
• Professional qualifications such as SLIM, CIM, or IBSL will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong ethical and customer-focused mindset.
• Candidates with their own transport will be given preference.

• Engage proactively with parents, schools, community networks, and high-net-worth customer segments.
• Build and maintain long-term, value-driven customer relationships.
• Promote financial literacy and responsible savings habits among children.
• Develop strategic partnerships with schools and child-focused institutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Represent the AFC Happannu Children’s Savings initiative within the assigned regions.
• Support the company’s mission of creating sustainable financial solutions and community impact.
