Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Holding overall accountability for the branch’s performance.
• Leading strategic planning and tactical execution to achieve business objectives.
• Driving branch profitability and sustainable business growth.
• Managing operational and business risks.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or AIB (part qualifications may also be considered).
• Minimum 8 years of executive-level experience in Branch Banking.
• Exposure to trade operations will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
