Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing the monthly full set of accounts in accordance with company accounting policies.
• Maintain accurate account reconciliations, including purchase ledger and bank reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial data for reporting and analysis.
• Support management with financial information for informed decision-making.

Working Capital Management

• Follow up on customer payments to ensure collections are made within agreed credit terms and reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
• Process, verify, receive, and reconcile invoices while controlling expenses.
• Record customer receipts in the accounting system and maintain the debtors ageing report.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or be reading towards a professional qualification such as AAT, CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as BUSY, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as BUSY, SAP, or ODOO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Bank and account reconciliations.
• Accounts receivable and working capital management.
• ERP system operations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
