Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing a critical operational role within the branch.

• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• A full or part professional qualification acceptable to the bank will be a definite advantage.
• Good knowledge of branch banking operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
