Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Coordinating customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant departments.
• Maintaining accurate call records and customer information.
• Delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Supporting daily communication and coordination activities.

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent command of Tamil, Sinhala, and English languages.
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
• Previous Call Centre experience will be an added advantage.
• Educational qualification of G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L), G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L), or higher.
• Age above 30 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment.

• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
